Cast and Cut

The newest addition to Deer Valley’s dining scene is Cast and Cut, with an array of delicately prepared a la carte dishes, fresh seafood towers featuring an enticing selection of oysters from around the U.S., mussels, lobster, crab legs, caviar and more. Fireside

Fireside Dining at the Empire Canyon Lodge offers favorites from the European Alps in the mountains of Deer Valley. The alpine-inspired menu features four courses, including guest’s favorite raclette cheese and accoutrements, served from stone fireplaces. Viking Yurt

The Viking Yurt on Park City Mountain below the Crescent Lift is a Nordic-inspired fine dining adventure unlike any other in the world.
